Personal training & health coaching · Newton, MA
Strength, mobility, and mindset, coached patiently, one step at a time. Along the way you’ll learn how your body and mind work best, and build the tools to keep going on your own. No intimidation, no guesswork, no pressure to be anyone but yourself.
You’ve never had a real training routine and don’t know where to begin. That’s exactly where we start.
Stiffness, nagging aches, or time away have made exercise feel risky. We build back capacity carefully and deliberately.
No yelling, no ego, no comparison. Just clear coaching and a plan built around your life.
The approach
Training changes more than your body. Each stage builds strength and self-knowledge together, so you learn your own operating system along the way.
We start by learning how you move and what drives you. A joint-by-joint mobility assessment, a conversation about your goals, history, and habits, and a clear picture of where to begin.
We build foundational strength and joint control step by step, along with the mindset tools that keep you consistent: self-awareness, confidence, and trust in your own body.
Habits, nutrition, and routines that hold up in real life. The goal is independence: knowing yourself well enough to keep growing long after we work together.

Meet your coach
I work with people who’ve been told (or have told themselves) that fitness isn’t for them. My job is to prove otherwise, starting with the basics and building a body and mindset that feel capable, resilient, and yours.
That’s what Discover. Excel. Thrive. means to me. Real change is a journey of learning about yourself. As you build your toolset, you learn your own operating system: how you move, what drives you, and what helps you grow.
It wasn’t always this way for me. I grew up an immigrant, moving constantly, and sports were how I connected with others and found my strength. Then in high school, tendonitis in both Achilles and constant knee pain took that away. I felt betrayed by my body and sank into anxiety and depression.
Physical therapy changed everything. I learned that progress was possible, and that my beliefs shaped my energy as much as my training did. Around the same time, I watched my father go through triple bypass surgery and saw how much nutrition and exercise really matter. In that moment, my mission became clear.
Today I coach the whole person: movement, nutrition, mindset, and the habits that tie them together. If my approach sounds right for you, tell me your story and I’ll tell you how I can help.

Yes. It’s built for you. We start with where your body is today, not where a program says it should be.
Stretching makes you more flexible for a moment. Mobility training builds strength and control through your full range of motion, so your joints move better and handle more load in everyday life.
